The unknown intensity of climate change on environmental resources (water, food, soil), impacts on human activities, with unexpected consequences on economical, environmental and social systems and at different scales. Given the complexity of the issues at stakes and the diversity of stakeholder’s values and interest a trans-disciplinary education and experience promotes both creativity and rigor necessary to understand such a complex societal problem that is Integrated environmental policy. I am now working at TU Delft, section policy analysis, on the implementation of the water framework directive, with interest in integrated methodology and the interactions between institutions – social actors – the public, at different scales.
